I've discovered that being a Mom means being creative, flexible and asking for a little help once in a while. Since it's just Ellie and I during the day, I asked her to step it up a bit. We went to the laundry mat, she helped me in the kitchen, etc. Then, when we were all finished she fell fast asleep in her Daddy's arms way before her actual bedtime.
